Flag Card

As bid July good bye, thought I'd post one last tribute to America for the month. This image was stamped with Versafine black onto a white paper. Then only the flag was colored in with colored pencils. This technique is called "spotlighting" for obvious reasons. The white paper was mounted onto a navy paper, and then onto the red card.
