Been busy revamping my class, Techniques II which will be later today.  This is one of the new cards for the class.  Lots happening in this card, but it was made to highlight the "kissing" technique and also how to color with Twinkling H2O's.  The rose was embossed with a detail black embossing powder before coloring.  There are actually two layers of Twinks on the rose.  First was done with a pink "Azeala" twink, and then an irridescent twink.  Background used a musical score from Stampendous inked with a pink pad from Hero.  All other stamps were by Impression Obsession.
