Here is another one of IO's new background stamps. I really like it, and paired it with one of IO's sayings. The background was inked with a blue dye pad and the words were inked with a blue Momento marker. The ribbon is a wired satin which was wrapped around the white paper. The bow is a seperate piece which was tied and then attached to the card.
