Impression Obsession Jingle Card

Another blast from the past.  The nice thing about IO is that they don't discontinue old images.  So, if you like this, it's still available.  Words and image both came from IO.  The image was stamped in black and set to dry.  Using a resevoir brush, a wet base was laid down.  Then the water color paint was added.  The ribbon on the bell was colored in with a water color marker.  Then let dry and it was mounted onto the paper and the ribbon added last.
