This striped paper was on top of a pile on my desk when I made that patriotic card posted yesterday. Too tempting to pass up since I was in the red, white and blue mode. I took the blue piece and die cut a star. The back of the striped paper had the dots on it. That went under the negative of the die cut paper and went over the striped paper. The words are by Impression Obsession and were stamped in blue Momento. Then the blue star from the die cut went beside the words. A white pen added the white dots to the stars to finish off the card.
