Art Dreams

Maybe I'm having art dreams since Dave a Memory Box stamps is coming to the store this week. Whatever the reason, this card is a reflection of those nights when art is even a part of my sleep. The images were stamped on black on the printed paper. Some mulberry paper was layered behind the printed paper, and then the alphabet stickers were placed on the brown paper. Fibers from Maya Road were wound aroung the paper. The writing was more printed paper. Colleges are always fun to make. Just grab some images and see how they all fall together.

Had a chance to write some notes yesterday. We have so many ways to communicate today but nothing can replace the joy of getting a note in the mail. This card expresses this sentiment well. There are a variety of stamps used on this collage card. All images were stamped with black ink (except the heart) The white papers were distressed with "Tea Dye" ink to make it look aged. Old stamps were glued on and outlined with black paper to help accent them. The tag was distressed as well.
The silver heart charm was glued on with a bit of Diamond Glaze.
