Am sorry to say, but have had several friends who have recently found out they have cancer. Get well cards just don't fit the bill. The inside of this card has a saying from this set that says, "Praying for you during this difficult time". Seemed the right sentiment for the hard road ahead for my friends. The tower was colored in with Copics and also outlined with a light gray Copic marker.
