Used "Blue Breeze" Kalidacolor on a white glossy paper and then die cut the dress for the ballerina as well as the shoes. These were adhered with foam tape to the Shimmer Sheet. Then the Shimmer sheet was adhered to a piece of double stick paper. Loose glitter was shaken over the edges. A glue pen was used on the dress and more loose glitter went over that. The words are by Printworks and were inked with the same Kalidacolor pad.
