Got all sentimental with this card. Took me back to my teaching Kindgergarten days. My kids loved Valentine's day the best of all holidays because of all those silly little valentine cards they would give each other. Something about this set made me think of those cards and so this was designed to be in a similar style to the little cards the kids bought. The image was stamped in black dye and then a stylis tool was used to deboss the paper. I just drew lines where I thought they needed lines, and then colored over the image with colored pencils. Then used an exacto knife to cut a slice along the edge of the images so the punched heart could slide in behind them.
